How can i get a copy of VAT invoice?

Please log in to your account and navigate to order history to download PDF version of the invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Paypal, Debit/Credit Card, Google Pay, Over the phone and direct bank transfer.

My order is urgent, how soon can i receive it?

For urgent deliveries, we highly recommend choosing DPD. This service costs only £6 and ensures your order arrives by 5 PM the next working day. If you need delivery before 10 AM or 12 PM, please call us at 01922 610610.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We accept purchase orders from all public and government sectors with 30-day payment terms. Please email the official PO to sales@softhands.co.uk in PDF or Excel format.
